New Jersey Developments delivers Phase 3 of Green Avenue at New Capital

New Jersey Developments completed the third phase of its flagship project Green Avenue in the R7 district of the New Administrative Capital. Eng. Girgis Youssef, Chairman of New Jersey Developments, said the milestone reflects a strategy that puts clients at the heart of the company’s priorities and its vision of delivering fully integrated projects with high residential and investment value.

He added that the fourth phase is progressing and will be delivered on schedule. Green Avenue is described as a fully integrated residential community with a commercial component and a range of premium services, located in R7 directly opposite the university and overlooking the tourist promenade, close to the Green River, the Grand Mosque, the Cathedral, the Government District, the Diplomatic District and the Presidential Palace.
