The announcement was made during a Sham El-Nessim celebration held within the project, where clients could see construction progress first-hand.

Eng. Girgis Youssef, then Chairman and CEO of New Jersey Developments, said the partnership adds value to the project by bringing a modern operating vision and proven hospitality expertise. The membership model gives owners one week per year over a 10-year period with access to five-star hotel services. Entry prices start from EGP 350,000, with payment plans starting at a 20% down payment and instalments of up to three years.
